We created our new dedicated Designer Resource Center out of our passion to understand your needs as a designer or builder working to exceed your client’s expectations. We consider ourselves to be part of your team, and our job is to make you successful and give you every possible tool to ensure that your client is delighted. Our experienced consultants understand plumbing and have worked on countless residential and commercial building and remodeling projects. We know the process backwards and forwards and share the enthusiasm you feel for your ideas. They are committed to helping you realize the creative vision you have developed along with your client by making sure that you find the perfect products for your project, on budget and on-time. What to expect
From the moment you arrive for your consultation, you will be greeted and from that moment on will receive the undivided attention of our consultants and staff. Our Designer Resource Center was custom-designed with you in mind, to be a

A pleasant working environment that places every tool necessary at our disposal as we seek to understand and support your vision, and work with you to make the best product selections for your client. Whether you’re working on a smaller remodeling project, or a large dream home, selecting the right products is a process that should not be rushed. We recommend that you make an appointment and plan to be with us from 2 to 4 hours.
What to bring
To make sure you get the most from your consultation, we suggest that you bring along the following items:

Home Plans – Our consultants and staff are familiar with building codes and requirements. They will help you make the best choice from among available options. The Designer Resource Center is fully equipped for you to hang them for display.

Know your project budget or builder’s allowance – we can work with any budget to ensure a successful outcome. To help you think through options, we have planning and budgeting tools at our disposal

Bring samples of what you like – Our Designer Resource Center contains a wealth of materials from which to draw inspiration, include books, magazines and catalogs. If you have color samples or photos or examples that you’ve drawn inspiration from in magazines, bring them along.
What you’ll receive
It’s important to present your selections to your client or contractor with as much detail as possible. Based on your selections there may be other considerations to take into account, such as level of difficulty and any labor cost implications. In our comprehensive Submittal Package, we will provide you with all the detailed information that you will need to review with them and gain approval for your choices. Once you’ve secured their approval and are ready to move forward, we will schedule a final review to go over your selections one last time to make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
