Richard Rodriguez
Hello my name is Richard Rodriguez and I have been part of the Benjamin Supply team for over 30 years. I am a Native Tucsonan who started working at Benjamin’s as a part time cleaning person, and should we say “The rest is history.” I have been the Sales Manager for the past 10 years.
I have seen how plumbing has evolved over the years and is such an important part of peoples homes and lives. It has been a true learning experience with all the change we have seen in the industry. I have had the pleasure to meet many wonderful people form here and Mexico.
I am the father of three children, Stephanie, Jennifer, and Richard. When not working I like to play Golf and a frequent Happy Hour now and then. Of course like any true Tucsonan I am a huge Wildcat fan. I hope to see you when you come in and visit us and add you to our list of wonderful customers.
Ernie Guthrie
A native of Illinois, Ernie obtained a Business Administration degree before moving to Dallas where he worked as a financial analyst for a major corporation. There he met his wife of 30 years. Relocating to Tucson, he's been employed with Benjamin Supply for the past 20 years; raising two children and enjoying the Southwest lifestyle.
"Every customer is unique, and my job is to help consumers understand the many options in plumbing fixtures" says Ernie. "I like to customize selections, meeting specific design and technical applications while satisfying their personal requirements." He has a strong background in both remodel and new construction projects.
Outside of work, Ernie participates in bicycle riding and hiking. He appreciates the arts, enjoys reading and stays current with community and social issues. Favorite television shows include science, history and home improvement subjects. As one of the older salespersons at Benjamins, a new found interest is "healthy aging and geriatrics; with special attention to the needs of that growing segment of our population."
Juanita Machado
Hola! I am Juanita Machado and have been with Benjamin Supply for the past thirteen years. I began working part time as an assistant to Accounts payable and as the years progressed so did my duties and title. Currently I am a Special Order Purchasing Agent / Wholesale Sales. Occasionally I also work the showroom floor assisting Spanish speaking customers or if all salespeople are occupied. I enjoy working in this business because of the wide spectrum of items and styles, and at Benjamin’s you see just about everything.
Out of work I enjoy spending time with my family here or in Mexico. I am an avid baseball and sports fan in general. I also love taking in all of Arizona’s beautiful scenery and activities.
Vicki Heiderman
From the time I was born until age six, my large Nebraska family lived in a farm house with no indoor plumbing. I believe this is why I chose plumbing wholesale as a career. It’s been a lovely 32 year experience that I hope continues for years to come.
I so enjoy helping customers with their plumbing selection! Introducing people to fixtures that will improve and complement their lifestyles. One of my skills is narrowing down choices with a few simple questions about taste and expectations. This is especially important considering the wealth of product in our beautiful Benjamin showroom.
My husband, Kevin and I have resided in Tucson since 1987. We enjoy hiking, biking, and simply spending time together. Our roommates are my mother-in-law Tippy and our loveable mutt Freyda. We find unique beauty in the Sonoran Desert and its wonderful inhabitants.
Christina Earle
Now, twelve years in the building and remodeling industry, Christina is a valuable extension of her clients' businesses. She has a real passion for standing along side designers, architects, contractors, plumbers and homeowners throughout the dream, plan, build process.
Utilizing her knowledge and experience in calling on trade professionals in the field, for appliances, lighting and plumbing supplies, she shares ways of thinking out of the box to help create an owners "dream space". Christina enjoys selecting product displays and vignettes for the Benjamin Supply showroom, always trying to find new ways to show product.
There are so many new and innovative products on the market; she believes there is absolutely something for everyone. She has a clear understanding of the overall construction process, which allows her to be informative and creative and she offers her suggestions in style, form and function to help make the selection process easier.
For over three years, Christina has been part of the grass roots driving force, opening the local Southern Arizona Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. Currently holding a position on the Board, she has always been an advocate for educating anyone who will listen about reasons why it's so important to hire a licensed contractor who has integrity and lives and works by a certain "Code of Ethics".
Outside of Benjamin Supply and NARI, Christina enjoys hiking, taking in the outdoors with her husband, Craig, taking walks with her dog “Tito” , spending time with friends, “tinkering around the house” and loving her 15 year old kitty cat, “Reba”.
Christina is so excited to be part of the team at Benjamin Supply and looks forward to many more years of education, innovation, and building dreams.
Jodi Vallejos
My career in the decorative plumbing industry started at Snyder Diamond in Southern California in 1985. I worked at several of their locations including, North Hollywood, Torrance and Santa Monica. I left Southern California in 1993 and moved to Bishop California where I worked at the local newspaper selling advertising.
I moved to Tucson in 1996 and worked for Benjamin Supply at their old location on Broadway where after approximately a year, I had the desire to start my own plumbing rep agency. I had a successful agency for 13 years covering the Southwest region and learned all aspects of the decorative plumbing business.
In November of 2009 I decided to move back to Tucson from Gold Canyon, Arizona to be closer to my friends and family and shortly thereafter, I sold my agency and came back to the showroom at Benjamin supply. I truly love working with people in selecting products for their homes.
Besides my passion for the plumbing industry I enjoy traveling, time with friends and my dog Cooper.
