Product warranties are guaranteed through the manufacture directly, but Benjamin Supply is always here to help you through the process. Reading, understanding, and saving your owner’s manual is important and tells you everything you need to know about how to install, care for, and maintain your product. Inquiries regarding a warranty or defective product should be handled directly between the consumer and the manufacturer. Benjamin Supply is happy to assist in helping you contact the manufacturer and ensuring you have the proper information so that they can help you.
Benjamin Supply does not offer professional installation or technical services. We do have an extensive recommendation list of local plumbers, contractors, designers, builders, and specialists that we have established relationships with over the last 70 years. Please ask any Benjamin Supply employee for the recommendation list! Some of our employees may also have their own personal recommendations based on previous experiences and customer feedback.
Yes. We have a parts department with employees who are extremely helpful and knowledgeable in plumbing parts. We also have a large inventory of parts to help you replace items on your current fixtures. Our advice is to bring in the product that you need help with or take a picture/video or the issue you’re having and our parts department will try to help you in any way that they can!
Benjamin Supply has a diverse selection of products and brands that fit any and all budgets and styles. We help customers that simply need a replacement kitchen faucet and we also help customers design their homes from the ground up.
We do have an extensive inventory in our warehouse of product that you can take home with you today! However, we are not able to stock every product in every finish that is offered by the manufacturer. Our showroom is a great tool to display products to give you inspiration for your projects. Though we do stock items that are on display, there are also items that we will have to special order. Lead times can vary depending on that specific manufacturer. It is important to let your sales consultant know your time frame up front so that they can lead you to certain products or brands that will fit into your timeline.
All methods are helpful but we believe that the “showroom” experience with the ability to touch and feel the products and with our knowledgeable staff assisting you, is always best. Our online website allows you create a wish list or ask general questions that will be submitted to our team and answered within two business days. However, our 10,000 square foot showroom and the decades of knowledge of our staff is what makes Benjamin Supply special compared to other local plumbing supply companies, national chain stores, and online retailers.
Trust us – We get it. At the big box stores and online retailers, the prices are low, and almost all products offered are readily available which sounds amazing… but plumbing isn’t as easy as they make it seem. Often, we are met with questions about what sets us apart from these retailers and while we are committed to finding you the best pricing, Benjamin Supply also believes our service is our differentiating factor. The internet can be a very confusing place, especially for plumbing, so we do things a little differently here to benefit the consumer. Products sold in big box stores and online retailers are massed produced and are often not made with the same integrity as products sold by wholesale distributors which not only gives us, but the homeowner as well, the upper hand. Our sales team eliminates the online headache, uncertainty, and ultimately, the gamble of shopping on your own by providing you all of the necessary knowledge to make your design decisions and ensuring that your selections are cohesive and will be able to function together at the time of installation.
